As Vice President Customer Success for Elemental, Klayton Anderson is responsible for all post-sales customer services, including customer technical support, professional services, and education. Klayton is also Head of Network Operations, Network Infrastructure architect. He runs, maintains and secures Elemental's private and public cloud infrastructure composed of multiple OS environments. Klayton has more than two decades of experience in the customer services industry across a wide spectrum of software and hardware segments.
Prior to joining the Elemental team, Klayton has occupied different customer success related positions including with: Matchmaker.com as Senior Administrator for the Network Operations Center in charge of the Customer Service Support center; The Assembly Co as Partner and Director of Operations; Sierra Springs Water Co as Sales Executive for Outside Sales/Corporate Sales; MGB Winston Inc. as Business Acquisitions/Restaurant Manager and Business Sale Customer representative.
